A full-body in a heavily chibified style, with the highest attention to detail I can offer.

COMMERCIAL FEE
I have right to upload all artwork on my website/gallery/etc. However, if you want to own the rights to my art, you have to pay additional fees. ALL uploaded artwork will be watermarked.

HALF RIGHTS
Included in all my prices. Things such as overlays, youtube thumbnails, etc. , Personal use only, no profit.
FULL RIGHTS
2X the base price for things such as merch and stickers. You can have the PSD. file(s) and sell them.
RUSH FEE
3 days delivery: +$100% of the total amount
5 days delivery: +$70% of the total amount
10 days delivery: +$50% of the total amount
15 days delivery: +$35% of the total amount
21 days delivery: +$20% of the total amount
1 month delivery: +$10% of the total amount

TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, you declare that you have read and accepted the following:
GENERAL TERMS
I will draw: fanart, original characters, animals (simplistic), stylized person.
I will NOT draw: nsfw, armor/mecha, wrinkles, gore/blood, muscles.
Payment in USD via PayPal, in full and upfront before I start.
NO refunds or chargebacks. Please ensure you are able to commission before payment.
If you want to sell merch of your commission (stickers, t-shirts, etc) you'll be charged with a commercial fee.
Commissions can take from a week to 3 months. If you need your order quickly, you can request a rush fee.
I work from Monday to Friday, excluding sick days and some holidays.
PROCESS
Contact me via email or Twitter. Tell me what you want to order (emotes, badges, chibi, etc) make sure to include references.
If your commission is accepted, you will be informed and an invoice will be sent to your PayPal.
Once the invoice is paid, you will be added to the commission queue.
When I reach your spot in the queue, your sketch will be drawn and sent to you for review. I allow unlimited revisions during this stage. After lineart you can do minor revisions, if you need a major revision, you will be charged an extra fee.
I will send updates (lineart, wips, and final product) You can do minor revisions (changing color, hue, effect), and I'll incorporate your feedback/adjustments.
You will be sent an email with your commission files upon completion.
You can tip me if you think I’ve done a good job.
COPYRIGHT AND USAGE POLICY
The commissioner is only allowed to use the artwork for personal use, NOT commercial use, unless specified otherwise.
If you choose to use your commission publicly (as a profile picture, on stream, etc), please credit my Twitter @ripnicolle or this website ripnicolle.com.
I hold rights to the produced drawing and may use the art for display and promotional purposes.
Art is NOT to be edited, resold, animated, or drawn on by anyone other than myself after completion unless specified otherwise.
Edits to the art piece after completion will cost a fee depending on the complexity.
